Before joining Guild, Max held various leadership positions in early-stage startups after leaving McKinsey & Co. as an Associate Partner. Max provides strategic assistance to portfolio company management teams and oversees Guild's platform support functions.

Max holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar (awarded to those in the top 5% of their class), and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland)

Apoorv has an extensive background in management consulting and operations. His experience includes roles as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co., Principal at Bain & Co., Head of Strategic Initiatives at Rivigo (a logistics unicorn), and being COO at Atidiv. He manages Guild’s India investment and portfolio efforts.

Apoorv holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay

Before joining Guild, Harrison was a project leader at Boston Consulting Group's ValueScience Center, where he provided advanced corporate finance and valuation support to clients across geographies and industries. Prior to that role, Harrison was a generalist consultant at BCG. He manages Guild's finance, IR, and legal functions, supports investment due diligence, and provides strategic assistance to portfolio company management teams.

Harrison holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an A.B. in mathematical economics from Brown University. He is a member of the State Bar of California and a CFA^® charterholder

Before joining Guild, Ben spent 3 years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., where he worked across Australia, the UK and the Netherlands. During that time, he undertook a secondment with the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI), McKinsey's think tank on business and economics research. At Guild, Ben is Chief of Staff to Guild’s Chairman.

Ben holds a First Class Degree in Economics (Hons) and Mathematics from the University of Melbourne, Australia

Before joining Guild, Alex was a member of the Financial Officers Practice at True Search, a global executive search firm. Prior to that role, he led Global Talent Operations for GOAT Group, a late-stage streetwear marketplace. Earlier in his career, Alex was a management consultant at Bain & Company, as well as an Analyst within Creative Artists Agency (CAA)'s Venture Capital fund.

Alex holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Econ-Accounting and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College

Prior to joining Guild in 2019, Shashank worked as an independent consultant advising startups on legal and commercial matters. He has worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, a leading law firm in India, focusing on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. At Guild, Shashank has diverse experience across legal, investments, due diligence, and portfolio management.

Shashank holds a BA LLB from W.B. National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, India. He is a member of the Bar Council of India

Prior to joining Guild in 2017, Gururaj worked with PwC India for 3 years in the Assurance function, advising information technology and manufacturing companies. At Guild, Gururaj has diverse experience of investments, portfolio management, due-diligence, financial monitoring and investor relations.

Gururaj is a rank-holding Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree from BMCC, Pune

Prior to joining Guild in 2017, Sajal worked with Deloitte India for 5 years in the Assurance function, advising manufacturing and services companies. At Guild, Sajal has diverse experience of financial, accounting and treasury management, internal controls, compliance and fund audits.

Sajal is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree from Mumbai University

Before joining Guild in 2017, Nikhil worked with McKinsey & Company for 3 years as a management consultant. While at McKinsey, he gained experience across various industries including consumer retail, pharmaceuticals, IT and more. At Guild, Nikhil works on supporting portfolio companies including Atidiv - a platform that provides managed business services.

He holds a Dual Degree (B.Tech. and M.Tech.) in Metallurgical engineering and Materials Sciences from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay

Ram joined Guild Capital in 2023. Prior to that, he worked as an Engagement manager first at McKinsey & Company for ~6.5 years and then at Capgemini for 3.5 years. He has been essential to the build-out of Optum Global Solutions (Part of UnitedHealth Group) as a senior director, focusing on digitization and automation of processes.

Ram holds an M.B.A in finance and economics from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and is a Chartered Accountant

Eric has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking and private equity. Prior to joining Guild, Eric was a Vice President at TELEO Capital, an operationally-focused middle market private equity firm and investment banking Associate at J.P. Morgan.

Eric holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a CFA® Charterholder

Mohit has over 5 years of experience in management consulting. Before joining Guild, he worked at Kearney where he focused on digital marketing and media projects in the retail and consumer space. At Guild, Mohit manages Houndstooth - a platform that supports portfolio companies with branding, design, development, digital marketing.

Mohit holds a Dual Degree (MTech and Btech) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay

Divij has over 9 years of diverse experience across auditing, investment banking, private equity, venture capital and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Guild in 2022, Divij co-founded Roombae (proptech startup) and spent 3 years with IFC’s South Asia Investments team covering early stage ventures, infrastructure, and renewable energy. Prior to that, he worked as an investment banker at Ambit Capital covering infrastructure and an auditor at EY covering consumers and industrials. At Guild, Divij manages the Harlequin KPI team that supports portfolio companies with real-time financial monitoring and analytics and conducts in-house FDD.

Divij holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University. He is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA® Charterholder

Jennifer has 10+ years of experience across finance, entrepreneurship, management consulting, and executive search. She has worked for companies such as McKinsey & Company, Ramius Capital Group, and Graham Capital Management.

Jennifer holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Palmer Scholar (awarded to those in the top 5% of their class), and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University

LJ has 20+ years experience in executive and advisory roles across emerging and scaled consumer Internet businesses. She spent a decade building and scaling brands in the TechStyle eco-system that includes JustFab, ShoeDazzle, FabKids, Fabletics and Savage x Fenty, and served as CEO and board director at JustFab. She has been an executive board advisor at Ruggable and Dr. Squatch, and works in an advisory capacity across several Guild portfolio companies.
